"I’ve been a State Farm customer for my entire life and I come from my family who have been State Farm customers for generations. We were working through the Jane Beverly office in Tampa for over 30 years with no issues, until one day I was treated very rudely by one of their customer service reps over the phone, she couldn’t answer my question in a way I could understand and refused to let me speak to another representative, and then actually hung up on me! When I tried to call the office back, they would not answer the phone. I was calm and not aggressive in any way, so I couldn’t believe I was being treated this way. Definitely not as a long-term valued customer. To think that Jane Beverly had been making commissions from my family for all of those years and couldn’t bother to reach out to me in any way or form with an apology. So I moved my whole family from Jane Beverly to Ernest Walker State Farm. The team at Ernest Walker is very welcoming and accommodating. Lynette is wonderful and extremely helpful! Keep up the great work and friendly customer service!"

State Farm has been my insurer for over 37 years and one of the reasons is because of the personal attention my agents have given me. After my initial agent Manny Castro passed I was heart broken because he was a dear friend as well as a true professional. I had damage from storm Debbie, left messages most days, but my agent is busy. My fear is this lack of response will effect my homeowners claim. The girls in the office, told me they can't personally help me it needs to be Earnest. Hopefully, after leaving this review, Earnest will come to the home and help me file a claim. It's awful to trust your insurance agent and be repeatedly ignored."
